Akara Design Studio proudly completed Home S in Botswana in 2022. This newly built family home showcases Akara’s expertise in interior design, procurement, and project management, with a focus on furniture and décor. The project highlights Akara’s ability to blend custom furniture and store-bought pieces to create a stylish, functional, and bold interior.

With a design theme that balances modern sophistication, masculine retro elements, and indoor-outdoor living, the home features large entertainment spaces perfect for gatherings. Akara incorporated easy-care fabrics and a custom-built bay window with storage. Each room, from the superhero-themed kids’ bedroom to the formal lounge, was carefully curated to reflect the client’s style.
Akara also handled installation, supplier liaison, and the selection of homeware, including linens, bedding, kitchenware, and barware, creating a seamless, dramatic, and welcoming environment throughout this luxury residence.

Key spaces include the entrance foyer, cinema, gym, home office, bar lounge, and patio area, all meticulously styled to ensure maximum comfort and visual impact.
